Pool not available Gym not available Served Cold coffee, and when I reached out to front counter staff they ignored and acted like they didnt understand what I was saying... also during my one week stay room wasn't cleaned until the day before my checkout date even after being told at check in that it would be cleaned every other day. 2 days prior to my check I ran into housekeeping while I was heading out and reached out to a young lady who agreed to clean my room I even gave her a tip before hand and when I came back my room was not cleaned. Just wasn't a plrsant stay over all, wont book again at this hotel.

The room wasclean. The rooms were in disrepair. I.e the handle to the bathroom door was falling off. The handle to the room from the hall was hanging down. The elevator was broken. I went out for breakfast. When I returned at 9am, they were cleaning my room. I had not checked out. That was awkward.
