This was a very aesthetically pleasing property with lots of great amenities. The house felt cozy with still a great amount of space A few quirks we noticed - there was enough hot water for 2.5 adult showers within a few hour period, a local kitty was partying outside meowing loudly in the middle of the night, and there didn’t seem to be any games outside of the basketball hoop (but the hoop was amazing for our kids). The neighborhood is in an urban area going through what seems to be a period of regrow/transition. We were unbothered but there was noted to be unhoused individuals near by. This property fit our need for our stay!
