This was a perfect getaway for our anniversary. Granville House is on our top 5 list of places stayed in the world! The property is cozy and every detail was thought out. After dinner in town, we enjoyed whisky from the bar, a board game by the fire and then borrowed a stack of vinyl from the extensive library to top off the night. Breakfast was delicious and we can not say enough about the hospitality shown to us. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the area!

Highly recommended! This is one of our favorite places to stay anywhere in the world. It's the perfect place to relax and reenergize. The highlight is clearly the breakfast and especially the famous olive oil muffins. I also love that the rooms do not have televisions. Instead they have turntables and there is a room in the lobby full of great vinyl to choose from. Very relaxing to kick back and listen to REM on vinyl before bed.

I’m a former travel writer and hotel reviewer at the NY Times Sunday Travel and I’ve been coming to the Berkshires the past decade. This is the hands down the best B&B in the area. The decor, the ambiance, the artistic details, the warm customer service, the made-to-order gourmet breakfast next to a wood-burning fireplace - all make this place so cozy and truly unique. Listen to the jukebox or play billiards in the inn’s great room. Or lounge beneath the heat lamps on its wraparound porch. You won’t be disappointed!
