My room was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was with the shower. 2 of the 3 nights I stayed, there was no hot water. Having to take showers in late November is not a good thing.😖

Room was clean, staff was super nice. However don’t leave anything behind. We realized as soon as we got to the airport my daughter left something behind on the bed. I immediately called and spoke to a lady and she said she would go look. I was told to call the manager back later in the morning which I did once we got to our layover. Still wasn’t there and was told to call back again later. I called manager 5 times in a span of 2 weeks and left name and number for him to call me back. It’s now been almost 2 months and he still hasn’t called me back.
