The room smelled moldy air worked amazingly Property was dirty outside inside was clean needs updating things look like they are falling apart one staff member was great Night staff was awfuwaited like 20 min for her to come to front counter

Room was clean, staff was super nice. However don’t leave anything behind. We realized as soon as we got to the airport my daughter left something behind on the bed. I immediately called and spoke to a lady and she said she would go look. I was told to call the manager back later in the morning which I did once we got to our layover. Still wasn’t there and was told to call back again later. I called manager 5 times in a span of 2 weeks and left name and number for him to call me back. It’s now been almost 2 months and he still hasn’t called me back.

Very convenient and my stay was good . The only thing I can complain about was the noise of the guest in the middle of the night with kids running down the hall when I’m there for work . But that have nothing to do with the hotel, but I think it need to be stressed that it’s important to be quiet at those hours .
