The newly renovated downstairs has a kitchenette, bedroom with two queens and a third bathroom. The covered dock is just a few steps from the home to enjoy fishing and swimming. The home is located just a few minutes from the Lake Cortez boat launch area and pavilion. Cortez Golf course is just 5 minutes away and several championship courses are 10 to 15 minutes to the east. Coronado Courts and the tennis center is less than 10 minutes from this home. ALSO 2 Rubi Place is available as a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home next door.
