Comfortable End Unit Townhome

This pet-friendly end unit Townhome is located 1/2 mile from Cortez Golf Course and offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The well stocked kitchen includes a toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker plus a breakfast table! In the Living area, there is dining for four, comfortable seating, and access to a large deck with outdoor seating and a Grill. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, and a private bath with an easy step over shower and a private vanity. There is also access to the deck and black out curtains for privacy and restful sleep. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV, with a second full bath in the hall, along with the laundry closet.

We do supply some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.
Coffee pods provided for the Keurig coffee maker


Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in.

Great Stay!

We did a 2 day stay while we explored Hot Springs & did some quartz hunting. Beautiful property & surrounding area. We definitely will stay again next time we are in the area!!!

I really appreciated that this rental offered 1 night stay minimum that accommodated my family and dog. It was also easy getting in contact with the property manager to request an early check-in. Overall, the place was clean and neighborhood quiet. The beds were a little uncomfortable for our liking, but nothing that would hinder us from staying here again in the future. Thank you!
