"Paradise Palms" Luxurious home on Lake Hamilton

This luxurious home is located on a large cove off the main waterway of Lake Hamilton. Nearly all rooms have a view of the lake. The master suite features a deck overlooking the lake, a walk-in closet, a Jacuzzi tub and large multi-head shower.

An entertainers dream; upgraded kitchen and game room leading out onto a fully-furnished deck with outdoor kitchen.
The large garden, lawn and pebbled beach area are amazing areas for kids to play. A landscaped fire pit with seating was recently added, which is the perfect spot to enjoy a cold drink while you watch the sun set over the lake and the flames dance.

The location is convenient to Hot Springs and shopping, the cove is quiet and has water all year, the beach area is unique and so useful, and the house was completely remodeled in the mid-2000's and again in 2020. The large dock, includes a covered patio, which is a great place to relax and watch your friends and family enjoy the special beach area.

The home has a recently completed addition above the garage which was finished out as an elegant apartment, including a platform bed, living area with couch, TV, kitchenette and an amazing bathroom with a free standing tub and walk-in shower.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.

We had the best stay at this beautiful property! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family! It was well equipped with everything that we could ever dream of! We truly enjoyed and appreciated all the little gifts they left for us (milk, eggs, cookies, s’mores kit, chocolates, etc). This was by far the BEST Vrbo we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at a lot. They were super responsive, they communicated with us daily even after we checked in and they were amazing all around! We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at this home was amazing. There was plenty of space for our party of eight with room to spare. Vernon, the host, was more than accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or issues that arose during our stay. They even went so far as to have life jackets bought and delivered to the house within an hour when there were none available for the kids to use on the kayaks. This house is the most well stocked of any we have stayed in as far as toiletries, kitchen utensils, and spices and the host even left milk, eggs, snacks, and a smores kit with firewood for the kids to use at the fire pit. The pool table was a huge hit with our group and was used frequently throughout our stay. There is no shortage of things to do with the kayaks, waterslide, swim area, fire pit, and great living room entertainment set-upwith surround-sound for movie nights. Check-in/out was very easy thanks to the clear instructions and excellent communication from Vernon. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great getaway on Lake Hamilton. After staying in many houses in Hot Springs over the years, this house quickly became my favorite and we hope to return next year.

2nd stay

Great house ! This is our second stay @ Paradise Point & would come again. All the extras, fresh fruit, butter , breakfast bars & numerous essentials to get your stay started is awesome! The towels & linens are high quality & so nice! We had a 2 year old so the “ beach” & being able to walk into the water is perfect! The slide on the dock kept our 10 & 8 year old grandchildren occupied also. We bring a boat & the boat ramp is right around the corner! The only negative I have is that the apartment over the garage while is over the top in decor , the a/c unit doesn’t quite keep it cool enough . We always travel with a small fan so that helped. All in all you can’t go wrong if looking for a great family vacay in a great house! Last but not least the owners are always available for questions & quick to respond!

Best House on Lake Hamilton

My family stays exclusively in vacation rentals, and this home on Lake Hamilton is one of the nicest we have stayed in. This trip was 2 adults and 4 kids ages 10, 14, 14, and 16 for four nights over Easter weekend. The house accommodated us perfectly.All of the rooms were very large giving my family room to spread out. The bathrooms were all updated. Water pressure was excellent and our family of 6 never ran out of hot water. All of the furniture was very high quality. The beds/mattresses were like what you would find in a luxury hotel. The living room sectional was a super comfortable place to lounge inside.The kitchen has updated appliances and tons of counter space. We cook in a lot and we had everything needed. The outdoor living areas and the dock were all very roomy and spread out, there was a ton of room everywhere. The outdoor furniture was all very comfortable and gave our kids room to spread out and play or fish while the adults relaxed. The garage apartment was much larger than it appeared to be in the pictures and all finishes were modern and high quality. When we arrived the owners had left a nice hand written card, a pile of snacks, and eggs and milk in the refrigerator for breakfast the next morning. It’s just an excellent example of the attention to detail and care that the owners provided throughout the stay. We loved this place and would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous home and very clean!

The beds are very comfortable. The view is so pretty at night. The kitchen is stocked with everything and even left complementary eggs, milk, butter, fruit and goodies! This is by far the best VRBO i have stayed in.

So many good things!

This has been the best VRBO we have stayed in. The house was amazing! The beds are so comfortable and the linens make it just that much better! There were snacks left for us when we arrived and the house was immaculate. It is decorated like a magazine cover!! The pantry was very well stocked and it had all the pots, pans, dishes, and appliances you would ever need. We ate out several nights, but we did cook several meals in the kitchen and just had to buy a few things. Walmart is just around the corner and there are several restaurants within just a few minutes. The house is directly on the lake and we enjoyed the slide and the kayaks. We will definitely come back. The only problem we had, was our pin did not work to open the door upon arrival. The owner answered the phone on the first ring and immediately fixed the problem. If you are looking for a home on the lake book this one!! You will not regret it.

Don’t walk - run to book this!

The home was incredible in every way. The hosts were fabulous and so thoughtful. The home was sparkling clean, well stocked, and so homey. We so appreciated the milk, eggs, butter and s’mores treats left for us! The Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is just around the corner if you need anything. The lake access was incredible - the dock and slide and beach entry made the trip! Thank you all for everything!

Not enough words!

Everything my family of 9 could ask for! We had a toddler that we were able to contain with a baby gate as there are stairs. From the moment we entered the home we were sold. From the fruit bowl, ice, eggs & numerous other staples in the kitchen that kept us from having to run to the store right away. The towels are plush, the beds are comfortable & the air blows cold. I haven’t even mentioned the high end furnishings & decorations. I’ll quickly mention the lake where we were able to walk into the water & play with the kids. The toddler was able to sit in the water & play. I could go on but I won’t. If you get the chance rent this home! Well worth it!

Best vacation ever!!

Our stay at this beautiful lake home was all we could ask for! House was large enough to accommodate my 89 year old Mom, 4 young grandchildren and 4 adults comfortably. The owners provided so many nice touches such as snacks and breakfast items to start out the vacation. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the boat dock, the water slide and the 2 kayaks. Loved feeding the geese and ducks that swam up every morning. We hope to make this an annual summer vacation! Thank you Smith family for providing such a special vacation spot for others to enjoy!

Beautiful home w/1st class amenities

Beautiful home to accommodate two families of 4! The amenities were 1st class and abundant. Fantastic tiered patio w/plenty of seating, great doc for fishing, and a nice fire pit for roasting s’mores. Close enough to everything so that you can get out and about to do explore Hot Springs. This home was perfect for Spring Break and would be amazing for a summer vacation!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. If you are looking for a relaxing stay that is on the lake but close to conveniences like grocery stores, this is a wonderful option. The house was so nice and clean and had every convenience you could ask for… wonderfully stocked kitchen, great internet, etc. The owner was amazing… over the top with quick responses and updates. We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing week here.

Lovely home in great waterfront location! Everything is just as represented in the photos and the home was well-stocked with just about everything we needed. What’s not to like? As soon as you walk

in, you are welcomed with all the comforts of home. Btw, thank you for the treats provided for our stay. We used the s’mores supplies at the fire pit the first night! The kitchen has top of the line appliances….conduction stove, convection oven….The dining table easily seats 10. There is a well appointed laundry. The pool table provided hours of fun! The family room has a big screen tv with sound system (Felt like we were right there in the jet with Tom Cruise) and very comfortable sectional, Upstairs bedrooms are all well appointed, comfortable and plenty of room. Every room in the house has great views of the lake! There is a bonus garage apartment that is as nice as house. The BBQ station on the deck was put to good use. There are steps down to a pebble beach and the water is shallow around the entrance and boat dock (no diving). We had hours of fun in the lake using kayaks and grandkids loved the slide! The owner/host answered any and all questions I had VERY quickly. The home is very well maintained and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Lake Week

We had such a great stay at this lake house! We’ve probably rented a dozen or so times at Lake Hamilton, staying at the better ones more than once and I can easily say we’ve found a new favorite! I loved the 11am check out so we could spend our last day enjoying ourselves instead of packing! Everything was better than pictured- the deck is more spacious and lovely than imagined! Fabulous quality to all the linens and so much thought put into what we might need for our stay. Most lakefront properties have a bit of a hike and many stairs and although there were some steps here, this lakefront was easily accessible to my aging parents. The shallow water was perfect for our young kids to swim while we watched from the fire pit area. All in all a perfect week at the lake!

Awesome Home to Rent

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Looks just like the pictures and Vernon was extremely quick to respond. Vernon had so many extras included when we checked in snacks, fruit, bacon, granola bars, coffee and so much more. We would definitely recommend this property and we would rent it again if we ever travel to Hot Springs.

Beautiful Home on Lake Hamilton

We brought our 3 teenage sons and their bass boat for Spring Break in Hot Springs. The home was perfect! It was beautifully appointed, clean and well-stocked (there were even a few groceries provided!) We also brought my parents who stayed in the detached apartment and the layout was perfect for our two families. The deck was sublime with a great view of the lake and lots of seating. The large TV was great for the Final Four. My youngest and I enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit, and the older boys caught lots of fish on Hamilton. The boat launch was minutes down the street and the dock worked out perfectly. The house is also less than 30 minutes to the nearest launch at Quachita. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries and contacted us "just enough" to let us know he was available. We have stayed at 50+ VRBOs/rentals and this is one of our favorites. Hot Springs wasn't a bad place for spring break, either.

Lovely time at a lovely property

We absolutely loved our time at this house! Very clean, tastefully decorated (we were there right before Christmas), nice view of the lake, plenty of kitchen ware (we really didn’t need to bring anything). My husband, toddler, and I stayed in the apartment above the garage and it was perfect. Toddler slept well there because it wasn’t filled with the general noise we all made in the main house. The kitchen was a great place to entertain ourselves and congregate. Truly the only thing we could come up with that we didn’t like, and this is being very picky, is the toilet paper could have been better. But that’s it. Everything truly was wonderful and we look forward to coming back again and again!!

Clean & comfortable home

Main house is well equipped with indoor and outdoor living space. Lots of kitchen space. Large dining table. Pool table. Nice firepit. The apartment is above the garage. It does not have a lake view like the main house offers, but is comfortable. The beds are great. They have done a nice job keeping this an inviting place to stay. Close to town, restaurants, etc. Would stay again and recommend to others looking for a well rounded home with lots of space.
