Fourth of July weekend

Excellent location on the lake with close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Unit was updated and clean. We enjoyed the covered porch with lake view. My only complaint is that the trees need to be trimmed. We had an obstructed view of the lake and we could not see the fireworks from the unit. We were able to walk to the top of the property and view the fireworks from the open green space. We enjoyed the pool. Overall a great weekend and we would rent here again.

Absolutely excellent!

This was by far the best condo my family and I have ever stayed in! It was perfectly situated close to everything we wanted to experience in Hot Springs. The amenities at the property were perfect for a family. We played mini golf, basketball, ping pong, pool, and swam for hours. Any time we are in Hot Springs, I will be renting this condo again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Absolute best place to stay in Hot Springs!

This place was amazing. We stayed at south shore resort last year in a different unit but this year we brought our 3 boys. This unit has been recently updated and lacked nothing. Great location. Easy check in. Had everything we needed for thanksgiving dinner and more. Plenty of hot water for everyone! Our boys loved the ping pong and pool table and pickleball courts. The sauna was perfect too for the cold weather that blew in. Don’t hesitate on this property!!

Mediocre accommodations

There was no hot water in one shower so my family had to rotate using one bathroom. There wasn’t enough towels for a family of 4 to stay 3 nights. I had to go buy laundry soap to wash towels to be able to shower. The refrigerator door seal was broken so the refrigerator wouldn’t stay shut. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
