Our three homes - The Manor, The Farmhouse, and The Cottage - offer unique appointed design and comfort. There’s plenty of room for your boats with four boat docks, and upon advanced notice, we can facilitate a boat rental. Amazing family compound

We rented all three homes for family to gather during a wedding in Hot Springs. Host and venue are top shelf. Location is perfect and homes are modern and comfortable.

Fun Lake House Vacation

Our family had a great time at Pine Hill Estates! The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The owners were extremely responsive and provided outstanding customer support. There was ample parking and plenty of outside space for a group of 16. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing place to spend with friends and family.

Derby Day

Had large group from 5 states come in for Derby Day. The property was as advertised. Provide plenty of room and the 3 properties allowed all to get a little privacy when needed.

The 3 houses easily held our group of over 30. Each house is special and can provide some privacy, if you want. The Manor has enough room for all to sit at a table during dinner. Like most houses on Lake Hamilton the lot is on a hillside. You need to expect some stairs. Management quickly responded to any need. We had a great time!

Sibling Reunion for 18

The property was beautiful, very clean and spacious. We had a water leak from the ceiling during our stay. The property manager addressed the issue immediately and someone was sent out to fix it the same day. Also, property addresses was different than listed online, which caused some confusion with visiting siblings.

The property could've been cleaned better. Lots of spider webs, womens under clothing left from previous guests. The refrigerator didn't get cold. It was just cool. The air-conditioning wasn't cooling. I was told by the owner that they had to replace a door because the previous renters had a fight. 30 minutes after i arrived, i called the property owner and told her that there was a hole in the wall, behind the door. And she charged me for the damaged. fraudulently charges!
