The main floor is one open room, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas flowing together around a sleek linear fireplace and a full wall of windows facing the lake. The kitchen is built for a crowd, with a full-size island, modern appliances, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook a real dinner instead of ordering in.

Upstairs, the rooftop deck is one of the home's standout features, with plush outdoor seating and panoramic views of Lake Hamilton. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, gather with friends, or watch the sunset over the water.

Down at the lake, the private boat dock makes it easy to enjoy everything Lake Hamilton has to offer. Go swimming, fishing, or boating, then head back inside for a relaxing evening at the house.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a spacious island, dishwasher, cookware, and the essentials for preparing meals for the whole group. The dining area provides plenty of room to share meals, play games, and make memories together.

Wild Orchid offers four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, giving groups plenty of room to spread out.

The serene king suite features large windows, soft linens, and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower featuring multiple showerheads and a rain shower.

Additional sleeping spaces include:
A bedroom with queen bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom
A bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle
A spacious third-floor bunk room with both queen and twin beds
Please note that the bunk room is located on the 3rd floor and does not have a door.

In about five minutes, you can be downtown exploring historic Bathhouse Row, enjoying the thermal springs, visiting local restaurants, or heading into Hot Springs National Park for hiking and outdoor adventures. When you're ready to return to the lake, your quiet retreat is waiting.

Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM. We offer a convenient self-check-in process, so there's no need to coordinate a meeting time.

Trash goes to the street cans the night before pickup. Please make sure all trash is securely placed in the cans with no loose trash. A $100 fee applies if trash pickup is missed.

A short rental agreement is sent shortly after booking and must be electronically signed within 48 hours. A security deposit authorization is also required. The signature and government-issued ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card on file.

This is a real lake property, so you may occasionally see local wildlife, including geese, deer, bears, and snakes. Please keep a safe distance, never approach wildlife, and avoid leaving food outside.

Our team responds quickly during business hours, 8 AM–11 PM. For after-hours plumbing or HVAC emergencies, direct 24/7 service numbers will be provided at check-in.
