Great space for me and my kids. The small kitchen worked out perfectly. My only complaint was the amount of hair all over the ground in the unit (#14). That was pretty gross. Otherwise, a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again.

This was a quaint little place. I met the owner and he was very nice. The cleaning crew was very helpful! The toilet was tricky with me being 5 foot eleven! Had to sit sideways! Clean but needs a few updates, but they were actively working in rooms that were open!

Cute little rooms that are very clean

The king bed was very comfortable and better then most beds I've found in other Motels/Hotels. The room and bathroom were spotless. It was very well maintained. The room it's is small but enough for two people. It was also located near things that we had interest in which was a plus. Also, I liked how they handled accessing the room. Instead of a keycard or actual key - they have a doorlock with a keypad and they give you a passcode to use.

An elegant historic manor, updated beautifully

Highly recommended!! Built in 1905 by Samuel Fordyce, founder of Mountain Valley Spring Water, the original manor house is still part of the property. It was my pleasure to stay in the manor itself, and it was a lovely experience! The rooms are all apparently newly refreshed, with soothing blue-gray walls and bright white trim. Beds are firm memory foam, which my back adored. The baths have a very historic feel in the tile work, offset by a modern glass shower in my room with all new fixtures. One of the rooms I checked out in the motorcourt section was smaller but no less elegant, with a tub with a tile surround. If you travel to Hot Springs, stay here! Close to everything, it is in a quiet location even though it is on a main road. I slept very well. I didn't want to leave and come back home, it was that calming and relaxing with a historic feel and modern amenities.
