The fruit trees yield a bountiful harvest every year, providing the basis for homemade fruit cakes—the perfect accompaniment to afternoon coffee in this idyllic setting.<br> The 44 m² vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse. The view from the east-facing balcony offers a stunning vista of the countryside and the mountains. The spacious living room of this non-smoking vacation apartment, featuring a cozy sofa, is the perfect place to relax. Numerous recreational activities await, as does the Immling Festival with its annual opera performances. Go swimming, sailing, or surfing on what are perhaps Bavaria’s most beautiful natural lakes, such as Simssee, Chiemsee, or one of the lakes in the Chiemgau Lake District. Experience the mountains up close and take advantage of guided hikes to learn all about mountain life.
