This south-facing corner condo at Waikiki Banyan puts you high above the rooftops and palms, with open ocean views framing every part of the day - from a slow first coffee on the lanai to the warm colors of a Waikiki sunset. For couples, friends, or small families, it's a calm, practical perch in the middle of one of the world's most iconic beach destinations.
The living space
The open living area is set up for easy relaxation. A pull-out sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, window AC unit, and 43-inch HDTV with cable give you everything you need to wind down after a day out. A dining table sits nearby - equally good for shared meals or spreading out a map of the island. Fast Wi-Fi at 208 Mbps keeps video calls and streaming running smoothly, and a dedicated workspace in the common area is available if you need it.
Sleeping arrangements
A sliding door separates the bedroom from the living area, keeping things quiet and private. Inside, a king-size bed is dressed with cotton bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Room-darkening shades, a closet, dresser storage, and a 32-inch smart TV with cable round out the room.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen gives you the freedom to cook at your own pace - a Kenmore refrigerator and freezer, GE stainless steel electric stove, Kenmore single oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Wine glasses and coffee are also provided. Whether you're putting together a simple breakfast or a proper dinner, the kitchen is well stocked for it.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with hot water, and comes with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products. Towels and toilet paper are included.
Outdoor living
The private lanai extends the living space outdoors, furnished with seating for soaking up the ocean view, the breeze, and the easy pace of island time. Sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a shared electric BBQ grill are also available within the building.
Building and facilities
The building offers elevator access, a private entrance, and self check-in via keypad. Free parking for one vehicle is available in the on-site garage, with a Level 2 EV charger (220V, 12-35 mph) on the property. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building. Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head straight to the shoreline. Shared beach access, an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna are available on the property. Shared resort access is also available nearby. An outdoor playground is on-site for younger guests.
