This was our second stay. We love the location. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. We had a great view from the generous sized lanai.

The young man pat desk was rude and not helpful Did not explain key usage, no map of property so we could get feel for how to navigate around property Paper we got didn’t give hours of operation on any amenities avail it did say cleaning every three days but no house keeper came in a week We had to exchange towels at desk ask for garbage bags soap etc he did not explain that either. We had issues with locks first three days had re keyed 5-6xs maintenance came once to check but kept having issues… I would not stay again and I think should get refund when paper said jousleeo every three days not even a broom in unit to sweep no mop ether or vacum Terrible service in my view!

Pretty convenient location next to Ali Wai Canal, great for sunrise walks. International Market Place and with Target 5 minute walk. Nice sunrise view of Diamond Head from 26 Floor. Maholo.

The check in clerk didn’t mention how to get from parking lot back to main lobby to take different elevator up to rooms, it was late at night so we were confused but luckily came upon a security guard to direct us. Then our room was in need of a proper cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom was especially dirty with the floor, baseboards and corners in need of attention. The door was a barn style door and it was obvious the housekeepers never closed the door while cleaning the bathroom as the baseboards behind it were covered in dust etc. The tub was peeling and the drain had a black ring. The baseboards were water damaged and rather than replacing this they just gobbed on more caulking around it. The third day housekeeping never arrived so we had to ask for more towels, coffee from the front desk.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was able to accomodate myself and my 2 adult children but the pull out bed was a bit flat and there was no extra blanket. However, the front desk does have extra blankets and towel sets.

The hotel is in a good location BUT it has cockroaches. We informed the front desk and they didn’t do much about it. They asked if we will continue to stay or find another hotel which we couldn’t find in the last minute and they wouldn’t refund the days left. We had them come spray yet the next day we saw multiple roaches in the night time. Very disgusting and disappointing.

Our room was dirty. The day we arrived the sheets were stained. There were four of us and not enough towels. There was no daily housekeeping, only on the 3rd day. We had a couple of cockroach's in our room. The only thing nice about the hotel was the location, less than 5 min wall from international market.

The listing when getting the room looks extremely different from what you actually get. On the picture it looks like it has even a lot of space but in person you can barely move around. It’s fine for a night but for multiple days wouldn’t consider it

Horrible in every way. COCKROACHES in the room. Room was non smoking but still smells like cigarettes. Hot water not working. Air conditioning is noisy couldn't sleep. Every amenity costs extra money. Additional resort fee charged. Staff is really unfriendly (they seem like they hate it there).
