The island breeze moves through steadily, the city hums at a comfortable distance, and the ocean sits close enough to feel like yours for the week.
The space
This entire one-bedroom condo sleeps up to four guests across a bright, open floor plan that flows naturally between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A window AC unit and ceiling fans keep things comfortable through the warmth of the day. Sliding doors connect the interior to a private lanai furnished with outdoor seating - a natural spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply sitting with the view.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a king-size bed with room-darkening shades and a dresser for longer stays. The living area has a pull-out sleeper sofa that works well as additional sleeping space, particularly for children. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided throughout.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen comes well stocked for cooking at home - GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, Sharp single oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, rice maker, and a drip coffee maker. Dishes, cookware, and a baking sheet are all on hand. A dining table and bar seating at the counter give you flexible spots to eat in, whether it's a quick breakfast or a proper dinner after a day out.
Bathroom & essentials
One full bathroom with hot water, a shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Towels are provided for each guest, along with beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear for days at the shore.

The Waikiki Banyan has an elevator, private entrance, and paid laundry rooms available in the building. An outdoor pool, shared hot tub (open 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and shared sauna are on-site. Free parking for one vehicle is included in the garage, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on the premises. Fast Wi-Fi runs at 216 Mbps - verified by speed test and strong enough for 4K streaming and video calls on multiple devices.
