Pool was nice but closed early. Nothing at all in the rooms not even bottled water so plan to purchase things for your trip from the grocery store. A little over priced for what you get. Staff is amazing and super helpful.

Washer and dryer in the room was a game changer! Our suite was very nicely magically cleaned everyday working around our random schedule. Lagoon was our favorite place to spend the day. The pools were too cold (and crowded). Our 5 month old loved the sand and calm water.

Be prepared to pay an astronomical amount in parking fees. $75 a day for non valet. Also its a time share so every walk through the lobby is an opportunity to try and sell you something from a concierge. The rooms are very nice and cleaning staff and bell staff are great and the location is walking distance to a lot of hotel and non hotel amenities.
