Everyone is very respectful. From the staff to the other guest staying at this hostel/hotel. The atmosphere is tranquil and would absolutely be staying here again in my next visit.

The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortsble. Luckily I only stayed for one night because I wouldn't have been able to stay a second night. The beds were to hard, it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pillows were to soft which didn't give any neck support. This made my neck hurt the next day. There was only one pillow, if I had maybe 3 pillows it may not have been an issue in the pillow department.

I think if you are a single young person on a budget it isn't a bad experience. It is just like college. You share a large area and the "pods" are like bunk beds. What I didn't care for was how firm the beds were and you really didn't get privacy. I ended up leaving after one night because I am too old climbing into a top pod.

Had an overnight layover and didn't wanna pay an arm and a leg for a regular hotel and found this pod and thought "I'm by myself and it's only 14 hours, give it a try" Staff was nice, dunno the guys name but he showed me where the bathroom, lounge, lockers, room etc... Room was clean, enough space to sit up and stretch out (5'9) , easy to connect my earbuds to the TV. Overall you do hear the doors open and close at times but all the pods were taken and it was overall very quiet and I had a solid night's sleep. Bathrooms were clean and great bidet, shower was overall clean, could use a scrub but I was fine. Wide range of ages and ethnicity which was nice to see. Location is a block from the beach and central Waikiki. Check in instructions via email are straight forward Background - 40s male, I usually stay at Marriott (Titanium status) and overall for price, convenience, location, I would stay here again if needed.

The staff was so freaking nice ! Plus they had this Asian guy who was super good looking , and so nice btw . Anyways , shopping is all around you and the beach is legit a 5 minute walk away ! :)

This hotel accommodation is significantly better than a hostel - but for me, the bed was too hard/firm and was difficult to get a good night’s rest. In the future, I would consider just a one night stay via business class in a pinch. Staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return to save money!
