This was my first hostel experience and it was overall good. The price is worth it to be so close to Waikiki especially if you don't plan to be in your hotel a lot. The room was not cramped and generally clean. The bathroom, while a little old, was clean and I used it every night. My biggest issues was on the last night of my stay, the sheets didn't get cleaned and smelly sheets were left from a visitor from the previous night. It did hamper the experience a little. I would stay here again if I needed a cheap an accessible place to stay in Waikiki.

Everyone on the island was friendly except the staff at this property I asked a simple question about how to check out and the lady was so mean and did not help answer the question but made me feel really bad for asking pointing as if I should know where to leave the key since I had to check out early morning. There was a nicer lady but unfortunately this lady ruined it. Also the facilities had tiny bugs and was stinky. Thankfully my hostel experience worked out as far as the guests in the room and also the location was decent which helped make up for my stay.

there is no lobby or any person to check in too. I was locked out the hostel not hotel. No one there to talk to or open the gate. A random lady opened it to me that told me to check my email for an email from the hotel. The pin provided didn’t work. There were also homeless people sneaking in. No one provided security or customer service. I left and will never return. I want a refund

The only thing I like is close to where we had an event to attend but I booked deluxe 2 beds but they give me 1 bed and a sofa and I talked to the receptionist and she said that it's fully booked and that's the only available and she also said that Expedia keep selling/booking without their control so I dont have a choice. And also the room is rushed to clean and sell because when I check in the front desk/receptionist what ever they consider but to me is inconsiderate due to no customer service experience. The other main issue is the trash is not emptied, I can provide picture evidence that the last guest name is still in the luggage tags. The day before we check out was Im about to grab some complimentary coffee and try to pump that thermos and the receptionist told me in a high pitch "it's not ready yet, im still making" and it sound ls mad and I answered " Are you mad" and she answered " no im not mad" then I walk away. If you like me to provide a proof of pictures of the said trash inside the room, let me know and I will send it. you
