Carlo was amazing when we were having breakfast and dinner. He was constantly helping us out and making sure that our meal experience was excellent. Nalu at the front desk was constantly helping us with places to go and see. He was also super kind when we were checking in. Both of these guys were an excellent reason why will use the hotel in the future.

Room was adequate. Very modern, tv excellent, coffee shop supurb,restaurant very good. Location perfect to explore the city, close to water, queen's palace, old court house, Chinatown, modern art museum. Lots of small eating restaurants of various ethnic groups, bus service close. People at hotel were wonderful. Close to port, almost walking, if you are cruising.

This is a nice hotel. Its location is convenient but it’s not grand…but that’s ok. I don’t like the trend in hotels to have vinyl floors. In a hotel room, I prefer carpet for some reason…it just feels more cozy. It was very clean and the bathroom was modern. There were no amenities other than two bottles of spring water…which was very welcome. The staff is fantastic!

The front desk staff José and Nalu were awesome. We were stranded in Honolulu after my wife got hurt and needed surgery at the local Queens Medical Center. They worked closely with me during her recovery. Adjusted each day that extended my time here. Jamie Rose server was great as well.
