Hotel has a really awkward entrance. You practically have to walk into a side street to get into the hotel. Unless you are on the high floors, your window is facing directly to a neighboring building that can see everything you do in your room i stayed there for 10 days with my curtains drawn 24/7. They claim this is a 4 star hotel, it feels like a 3 star in North American standard. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The room was perfect with a lovely view. Nicely furnished and well maintained. House keeping did a great job and was courteous. Location was excellent being so convenient to trains and shops and we enjoyed a morning stroll through Victoria Park to the water.
