"We stayed 2 Nights.The overall experience was good. The Hotels restaurant was nice. The food was good but, did not have much variety. Second night we went to the Italian restaurant across the street for dinner. Was excellent food but, did not have their liquor license. BYOB only. While we stayed, the first night one of the elevators was broken but, by the second night it was repaired. The complimentary breakfast was kind of skimpy. No eggs only pastries. The Hotel Restaurant offered a better breakfast for $15 per person."

"Wish we had another day to enjoy this grand historic hotel and the area. We were only traveling through but had time to walk around downtown Scranton and to appreciate the beautiful interior of the hotel. Found good food, nice people to share a conversation about the town and area, some great photos in downtown area and in ant out of the hotel. Would stay here again."

"We loved staying here so much that we booked again for October. The room was very clean, and the property was very well taken care of. We would see the maintenance staff around cleaning cabins, and power washing the cabins. I even heard a lawnmower somewhere. We also appreciated the fact that it is pet friendly. The rooms were rustic cabins of various sizes, we rented one of the suites. We absolutely loved it . The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows to spare. There was plenty of water pressure for a was plenty of water pressure for a shower. On the porch, there is a nice little seating area, also a spot for a little campfire and a place to grill. They also have a restaurant on site with a full bar and delicious food. We did have a minor electrical issue with the Wi-Fi and the staff was very quick to solve the problem. A quiet, pet loving, family friendly, beautiful, scenic, peaceful area for a relaxing getaway. 👍👍"

"Hotel was clean. Water pressure was great and showers were hot immediately and kept temperature even with hotel fully booked. Pool was nice. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast. Just wished they provided banannas and oranges with the bowl of apples. Overall was good and I would stay here again"
