The check in lady was very accommodating and helpful even though she was on her own which was unfortunate. The room was lovely and we enjoyed our meal at Trex Bar, very good food and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

Everyone was so friendly and hotel is very clean. Maybe just need to upgrade tvs in rooms and softer beds. Not a dealbreaker for me but just the only 2 things that are holding this place back IMO.

This was our second stay at the Radisson in Scranton, and it’s quickly become our go-to whenever we’re in the area. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are consistently clean, and room-service breakfast in bed was amazing. Mitchell went above and beyond — super pleasant and incredibly helpful, especially during a busy check-in rush. The only downside is the pillows, which are a bit small and left me with a stiff neck, but if that’s my biggest complaint, it’s a minor one! Overall, another fantastic stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We will see you on January 30th and March 2nd next year!
