Umber is a stunning two bedroom barn conversion with underfloor heating and woodburner, stylish wetroom, contemporary decor and fully equipped kitchen. Contemporary open-plan accommodation set in one and a half acres of the owners' grounds in a beautiful rural environment with stunning Devon countryside views.

There is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with French doors to outside, and the cosy sofa sits in front of a Smart TV and a wood burner. For those wishing to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The rest of the property comprises of two spacious bedrooms, a master double bedroom and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). These are serviced by a fabulously contemporary bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC in a wet room with increased accessibility.

Heading outside, the property benefits from a private patio garden with 6ft close boarded fencing plus garden furniture and BBQ to the rear of the property. Further access to a shared lawn area and shared plunge pool with patio and garden furniture. Private off-road parking for two cars.
