We loved this property! Each bedroom has its own bathroom attached, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were cabinets full of games and puzzles. Separate sitting areas throughout the house to allow for people to hang out alone or all together. There were a couple things that are showing wear but overall one of the best homes we have stayed in and I will return!

The house was the right size and location. Loved how close it was the beach. However, the cleanliness was not good. The carpets, rugs, and floors were gross. There were crumbs all over. Window seals had dust and hair. Couches had stains and trash under the cushions. All of the grills in the garage were disguisting and smelled very bad when you opened the door - flies all over due to the food left on them. There was bags of laundry blocking the staircase. We contacted vacasa about cleanliness and they said someone would call same day but that did not happen - someone did show up 3 days later with no notification. She was there 15 minutes or so!

Christmas at the beach

Due to some mobility issues following surgery,my wife needed a elevator on the top floor for the week. We basically lived on the top floor for the week. More than met our needs. Will consider in the future.

Beach Home In Surf City

We had a great time. The weather was perfect. The location was amazing. The home was one of the best we have rented to date. It is fully stocked with everything you would need. Even items for the beach were available which made it great for us, we didn’t need to bring any of it with us. One of our favorite features of the home was the elevator. It was such a relief not lugging all the heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Only disappointment was not having more time. One week wasn’t long enough for us.

The place felt like home…..anything we needed, we looked around and found. Never stayed at a rental beach home that supplied spices for stay-at-home cooking- simply loved this place. Only complaint I have is with VRBO- difficult to get anyone to answer the phones- Called multiple times on multiple days.
