Pool Heat:
Pool heat is OPTIONAL with a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $550 per week. Please notify Ward Realty at least 4 days prior to your arrival if you would like to pay the $550 fee to have the pool heated.
When activated, the pool heater will raise the average water temperature to a minimum of 75F - 78F, depending on outdoor conditions.
In the event of unseasonably cold or frigid weather, or when overnight temperatures remain at or below 55F during the 4 days prior to arrival, Ward Realty cannot guarantee the pool will reach a comfortable temperature.
The $550 pool heat fee is non-refundable. If inclement weather or sustained low overnight temperatures occur before arrival, no refunds will be issued unless the guest cancels pool heat at least 4 days prior to check-in.

Your beach rental is located approximately 4 blocks north of the Surf City high-rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See our website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your vacation rental. Please note that some vacation rentals do not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
