This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach home is just one house away from public beach access—so close you’ll have your toes in the sand in seconds! Enter on the top floor into a bright, open living space featuring a comfortable living room, dining area, and large galley kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to a back deck where you can enjoy expansive ocean and dune views while sipping your favorite drink.
The split floor plan places the kitchen and living areas on one side and bedrooms on the other. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom accessible from either room, and the ocean-side bedroom also has deck access. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space.
Downstairs, accessible only by exterior stairs, you’ll find a private oasis complete with a queen bedroom separated by a barn door, a full bath with walk-in shower, dining area, and full kitchen. The living space includes another queen sleeper sofa, making this level perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs. A shower chair is provided for added convenience.

Enjoy beautiful Atlantic views from much of the back deck, and take the sandy trail for quick beach access. The fenced yard is ideal for pets, and you’ll be within walking distance of the famous Trailer Bar.

Great house at a great beach

This is a wonderful vacation rental. We enjoyed ourselves at the beach, which was very close and very nice. It is a great place for families with dogs. Great fenced in backyard. That is very secure even for smaller dogs. Great view from the upper deck. We enjoyed a couple of meals looking out at the ocean. We had a couple questions and they got back to us very quickly.

If you or anyone in your group is allergic to dogs, absolutely do not stay here. Dog hair everywhere!! My little boy was covered in hives our whole stay. Television in downstairs living quit working the first day and was never repaired or replaced. Even after contacting the rental office through Vrbo and over the phone. The location was probably the only reason to stay there.

This house was perfect for what we needed. Great location to the beach. Just a short walk. Great fenced area for the dogs! I wasn’t too keen on the cameras watching us on the back porch. Nothing wrong with having cameras, but I feel they should be turned off when people are renting. Kind of felt like an invasion of privacy. But overall, the house and stay was great!

Wonderful location

Location was perfect, close to everything. The upstairs and downstairs having separate access was really nice for having friends and would be perfect for anyone with mobility challenges. Lisa was super responsive, really enjoyed our stay.
