Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Arrived at 5pm as scheduled, entered and found the property had not been cleaned. There was bedding towels and trash on floors and full trash cans. Food left in fridge, dead lizards on floors. Trash cans next to property overflowing with trash and debris all over the yard. Garage looked like a haunted house exhibit with years of spider webs and spiders all around. Found contact number for host who said he had been trying to let me know cleaners had emergency and hadn't arrived. He said he would have someone there by 6. At 6 a woman with new bedding and towels arrived, not prepared to clean but said she could have people in morning. Called owner again, voicemail. Got hold of the property management and explained situation. They said they would call owner and had me hold five minutes came back to say full refund authorized and would take about five business days. Now on day 8 and no refund. Called this morning and was told the system was denying the refund. Was told they would get manager and get it fixed by 3pm. Nope called and got manager who said he would attempt to solve the problem and get back within two hours. Got email saying refund still being denied by the system
