The host was very communicative and thorough! We stayed during cold weather and appreciated the heated room, and the hot tub was so nice to use at the end of a long day! Extra blankets were provided too, which helped as we left the heat off the first night.The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a coveted asset!The host also left some chocolates which was a nice surprise and something I haven't seen with other VRBO stays.The only constructive feedback would be to stock the amenities (coffee, shampoo, etc) for a multiple night stay. Also, the blackout curtain had fallen, and the other shades were up, which was not an issue since I had my eye mask for sleeping - I just felt horribly because I assumed it was definitely not meant to be down and I hoped the host didn't think we caused damage. The living quarters were so nice and clean (and well stocked- there was ice in the freezer, etc!).We will definitely put this residency on our list of places to stay again when in the area, and would happily recommend it to others!
