2 connected rooms for my family of 4 were great with 2 bathrooms. staff were very friendly and gave lots of information for our stay and travelling, especially Hanna and Monney. breakfast included was simple but good for relaxing morning before we started our day. location was great as quieter but still walking distance from ancient town, with many spas nearby to end our day. will love to come back if we visit hoian again.

The staff are fantastic. Emily(boss lady) in the dining room goes beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Tracey the operations manager has made sure our experience at the hotel for my husband 70 th birthday was everything we could dream of.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel in Hoi An, close to the river and the ancient town The property and rooms are really nice, breakfast is great (I'm Vegan and they had a vegetarian menu available which I could order off) and the staff are amazing! They were so helpful and friendly throughout my stay and helped me to organise excursions etc. Want to give a special mention to Hanna who was so lovely and made me feel so welcome at the hotel! Thank you for making my time in Hoi An so special Definitely recommend staying here

Great location just a short walk to the town centre. The hotel staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. At breakfast they went out of their way to make sure there were hot vegan options available throughout our stay. Would defiantly come back next time we return to HoiAn.

The property itself and the room were beautiful—clean, well-designed, and exactly as pictured, which made for a comfortable stay overall. However, the experience was affected by a few key issues. The pool was under maintenance during my visit, which created a lot of noise throughout the day. Check-in was also disappointing, as the staff weren’t very helpful. I’d hope for better service.

As we arrived we were met by a wonderful woman at check-in Her name is Anna she took us and sat us down and explained everything about the cozy and surrounding area. The boutique was clean , the bed was comfortable and the staff were very polite and friendly. The buffet was tasty with plenty of choices. The boutique was quiet yet within walking distance to the cities hustle and bustle. Great choice for us. Cheers from Canadians

We stayed for 15 nights and it was perfect. All of the staff were so friendly, all were polite and so helpful throughout. The room. Was spacious, the bed super comfortable and the shower had good pressure and always hot. There was an excellent choice for breakfast that changed daily. The swimming pool was tidy and a great place to cool down or relax. Our balcony had great view of the river and all its goings on. We left our scooters safe outside and they were moved into storage overnight which was reassuring. We got so much support from Tracy, the Operations Manager who was genuinely interested in our plans, made recommendations and helped with any questions. Emma and Hanna on reception were so helpful and also made suggestions of perfect cafes to visit and things to do. The catering team are an asset to the hotel, really concerned to make sure that the breakfast is well stocked and all guest have what they need. On the first day, I asked for a teapot for my tea, ever morning after, it appeared without me asking again... It was those sorts of little touches that made the visit so special and has ensured that we will visit again. I have made new friends in Vietnam and I can't wait to go back.

This hotel is a scam! They took our payment and then ghosted us without responding. Unfortunately hotels.com couldn’t help either. Very disappointing as we thought booking through this reputable agency would protect our interest but ended up still got our money scammed by this hotel. Avoid this place!!

お部屋は、6階のお部屋をコネクティングルームで利用できたので、3人で過ごしやすかったです。 屋上のプールは、1日目メンテナンスでしたが、ホイアンの街が一望できました。 朝食は、涼しい室内でいただきました。 卵も調理の種類が選べて良かったです。

Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren stilvoll eingerichtet und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. So wurden mir auf Nachfrage Hosenbügel und ein Bügeleisen zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem waren kostenlos Fahrräder verfügbar, mit denen man in ca 30min zum Strand fahren konnte. Das Hotel war zu Fuß weniger als 10 min von der Altstadt entfernt, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Am Frühstücksbüffet gab es eine gute Auswahl westlicher und asiatischer Speisen.

Wish I had more time here!

My biggest concern was the location. On a map, it looked good but wasn't RIGHT in the thick of it. This is a BLESSING! It is SO close to everywhere you want to be but perfectly placed just outside the chaos. I was happy about that. I walked easily to and from the hotel to all the places I wanted to see. Hoi An is such a cool place and great walking city that it didn't allow me to enjoy the hotel as much as I wanted to because it is SOOOOO nice and has such great amenities. The rooftop had a lovely bar and pool which I wasn't able to enjoy but did get to see (weather wasn't pool time weather). The restaurant was tasty and had lots of options - free breakfast was amazing and they have a nice coffee bar that can concoct more exotic coffee drinks rather than your typical morning cup of coffee. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The bathroom was probably my favorite of all the places I stayed in. It was bight, spacious, airy, loaded with amenities, and the tub was HUGE! The staff was extremely helpful and gracious. Helen specifically helped me with any questions or concerns I had. They booked any connections I needed or made available a scooter at my disposal. This hotel I can't recommend enough. I definitely need to return to stay longer than I did. Hoi An is such a great city and demands longer than 2 days.

ホテルには浴槽もあり、きれいでとても良かった。出発の朝にミーソン遺跡までタクシーをチャーターしてもらおうと、ケィティに相談するとホテルの車をチャーターすることができ、スーツケースを乗せ、ミーソン遺跡を観光し、ダナン のホテルまで送っていただけたのでよかった！旧市街まで10分位で歩いて行けます。
