The two-story, historically protected building was completely modernized in 2022 and converted into a residential home. The building will be available for rent as a vacation home starting in the spring of 2023. <br>Originally built as a washhouse with a tractor garage, it is now the perfect place to stay between Esslingen, Göppingen, Kirchheim, and Schorndorf.
