Exceptional location, wonderful friendly staff, daily cleaning, enough kitchen equipment to make some basic meals. Room itself is looking tired and dated. Bedside lamps not working, very low light even during the day. Bathroom fan not working. Lots of marks all over walls. Some minor fixes would make this a very good hotel choice.

Parking was cheap and convenient. Room was quite large, bed comfy, great shower, excellent daily servicing. A great sized window that even opens a little for fresh air. Staff were incredibly helpful.

It was very clean, staff friendly and comfortable. It was also a good location. Only drawback was a damp smell in our studio that we failed to report (too busy) - charging the floor drain didn't help it go away.

Lovely spacious room with adequate kitchen area Bathroom was great would like it in my flat Removable shower head as well as fixed is a bonus for the ladies with long hair and washing other bits Bed was a little on the hard side for our liking but that’s personal opinion Receptionists we’re all helpful and approachable Laundry in basement worked well and not overly expensive

Good location, clean property, friendly staff. Just lacking on the little things and overpriced. No cutting board, no oven, no salt and pepper, no oil, etc. single serve detergent. Cheap hotel rooms come with more amenities than here, pretty poor considering it's called an apartment. Multiple lights not working.
