Ngoc is the main reason we loved this place . She is a very nice person despite of Barrier of language. The location is quiet very good view not so far from touristic sites by grab ( 10-15 min) . I recommend it for sure as one the best value for money option in Ninh Binh

A wonderful stay—felt like family! The staff here are incredibly kind and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. The surroundings are beautiful and the location is perfect—peaceful and natural, yet close to everything you need. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. Highly recommend!

Beautiful surroundings! The room was clean. This is a family run home stay and they are just so caring. I loved their home cooked meals. I was having stomach issues and Ngoc, the owner made me perilla leaves with eggs. She offered to call a doctor if needed. She made me feel better.

Wonderful hospitality and lovely family.

This was an amazing location, staying amongst the limestone karsts. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get a chance to use it as there is so much to explore around the area. The host families hospitality was incredible. We played billiards with the kids and their mum gave us a big hug as we left. She is very accommodating and although her English was limited made a great effort with Google translate to communicate well with us. She was very helpful with advice on where to visit. You could use their bicycles to explore the area. We stayed in a family dormitory. This is not a good description as it was lovely and had 4 full king beds. One downstairs and three upstairs . There are two bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this homestay and if I'm in the area again would definitely come back.

Lovely family, great location

They said they wanted to make me feel at home and like part of the family and they did exactly that. So sweet. The swimming pool is huge! The location amongst the karst rock formations is spectacular.
