Really friendly staff. They brought us snacks when they saw us, and gave us a goody bag for our onward journey. The Homestay was in a cool location under the limestone cliffs, quiet and peaceful and only a short walk into town.

Now that our trip is over, I can say that this is the place that has remained closest to our hearts. It is located in an enchanting spot. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Good breakfast, swimming pool, bicycles for guests. But what sets it apart most? The people who run it: kind, helpful, always smiling. It was a real pleasure to stay with them and, if we can, we will definitely return in the future.

Beautiful location! The approach through rice paddies, palm trees and striking limestone karsts is memorable. The layout of the property is also nice, with a winding pathway to the rooms. My room was spacious and I heard no noise from other guests. The interior was a little dated, but fully functional. Staff was great, from check in to the individually prepared breakfasts, handling my laundry request, getting me going with a bicycle, and booking a full day excursion.

This place was in a stunning location! Just outside of the main hub of tam coc which made it perfect for a peaceful stay! Very easy to access restaurants and life but still being able to enjoy the quiet. Having bicycles to use for free was amazing, and very easy to rent a scooter if desired! They were very helpful with booking shuttles for airport pick up and drop off and the main staff there even made sure to be up very early for my airport shuttle to see I got on with ease. They serve fresh fruit and tea on arrival and throughout your stay. Very caring staff and I was very glad I stayed here!

Stayed two nights. Location is nice right next to the limestone cliffs and you ge the feeling of being a bit off the main path which I think was nice. A 15 minute walk from city center but there are free bikes. Breakfast is made from order and staff was kind. Helped with transportation back to Hanoi. Room was basic and a bit worn down. Cockroaches in the room was not too pleasant. Room smelled moist, but the demoist function on the AC helped a bit.

Fresh fruit and juice upon arrival, immaculately clean and spacious quiet rooms with AC and a fan, a refreshing and well maintained pool, delicious breakfast, free bicycles for cruising around and into town, and very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The property is gorgeous and in an area slightly out of town (you can easily cycle wherever you need to go or get a grab. If you love the heat, it’s not a far walk. On one of the very hot days, I received a knock on the door and was given some fresh pineapple, passion fruit and some cold juice. Wow! When I checked out, I was given some water and snacks for the road. I could have stayed for weeks. :)

What a gem. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. When we arrived they were waiting with a much needed cup of tea and a plate of fresh fruit. The homestay was so pretty with a pool and everything we needed inside our cabin with snow white bedding and towels.Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order off the menu, much better than a buffet. We were offered free bikes and even umbrellas when it rained. Arranged our transfer with a smile and sent us off with a hug and a packup.

Quiet location, discreet family, nice breakfast, pool is even better than in the pictures (quite deep, not a bath for the feet). Overall an excellent value for money. I'd recommend to enjoy the bicycle on the first day, but then consider renting a motorbike.

Gorgeous property surrounded by mountains and fruit trees. Family run business who are extremely sweet and accommodating. Town is only a 10min bike ride through beautiful rice fields. Lots of restaurants to choose from and very close to Tam Coc boat tour.
