We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff went out of their way to help us get oriented to some of the activities nearby which was really helpful.

Good sized room with air conditioning that cooled the room nicely. The safe in the room worked and the tv was very modern. Comfortable bed and close location to the centre of Tam Coc with a walk along the main road so be aware if you have accessibility requirements. However, the door to the room had a large gap in it which you could see through. There were mosquito nets provided but not explanation as to whether they were needed or how to use them. The toilet door didn’t close and made a loud noise when you pushed it. There was no hot water even when following the instructions to keep the electricity on. There was also not really anywhere to hang towels either. Overall a pleasant stay and the room was aesthetically pleasing.
