My 3rd time to stay here as the hotel is in a really good location and the rooms are nice, nice design and comfortable. However, there is construction happening around the clock next door. Staff were very helpful in assisting to relocate rooms but still the noise persisted. Also, the breakfast is still terrible. Overall nice staff, nice hotel shame about the noise. It's not the fault of the hotel though.

The hotel was small, as expected of boutique hotels in the area. However, room was clean albeit small, necessary amenities available. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Staff were friendly as well. As my flight was late in the evening, the hotel offered me a shower room to freshen up even though it was past my check out period. Really appreciated the kind gesture! Location was conveniently, located just next to Japantown with lots of eateries. It is also just a stone throw away from the nearest shopping mall and nearby attractions. Overall had a good experience here, and definitrly value for money.
