The staff here is absolutely amazing, from arrival to departure. Clean room, free breakfast, minibar, and foot massage were included in our package. Well equipped room. Friendly staff. Great service. My only negatives were that the pool vibe was pretty low energy until late night and a manager promised a room upgrade with windows (I had 1 window looking at a wall). And the upgrade never happened after 2+ week stay
