We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of delicious choices. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and charming cafés just a short walk away. The location of the hotel is very good, in the heart of the action around the Ben Thanh market. Getting a grab or simply walking around to get coffee; food etc is excellent. The Breakfast at the hotel is great, the beef pho is amazing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, however, I'm not a fan of tub showers. However the plus point was that the tub was quite generous in size of it didnt matter much. Will I book again, Yes!! Location, great breakfast, helpful staff and clean rooms are enough to get me booking again

Room is quite old but very clean. Staff was exceptional. They were all very nice, professional, and helpful. I would come back just because of the staff and the exceptional service that they provided. Hotel location is right in downtown area with easy access to shopping, food, and attractions. Metro is nearby which is another great plus.
