Well maintained hotel that is clean, smells good from lobby to walkway to room. Room is fully equipped, functional and clean. Lots of lighting controls that is easy to access. Kitchen is functional that you can cook with pots, cutlery and knife, scissors, plates, bowls, drinking glasses provided. Dishwashing with liquid and sponge provided. Living room is connected to the king size bed spaciously. Toilet is huge with separate showers and bathtub and WC. There are 2 wash basins, huge mirror with attached magnifying mirror. Full height day and night block out curtains.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The front desk reception staff are helpful and accommodating. Thu Ta at reception check in desk is very knowledgeable and dedicated in helping me selecting excellent room and also extending my stay. The room is in excellent condition, very clean, spacious, with everything you need for extended stay such as kitchen and washer/dryer. The area is not too crowded or noisy. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

My kids loved the pool and swam everyday. We all enjoyed the game and kids room. As well as our room of course! Our last stay here in 2023 was perfect, this time was even better. I noticed a few minor changes from two years ago which are very good and would like to commend you on this. Some of the staff who are still employed there remembered us which made us feel appreciated. The housekeeping was always on point. My daughter helped them on the last day and attempted to make the bed for them to save them time. Staff is very kind, helpful and quick to assist with your needs. Each morning and night walking through the lobby you are always acknowledged. Close to local restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Grab and taxi were quick to arrive. There is no regrets and our family will be back in 2 years again. We hope we see all the staff again

The hotes is definitely 5 star. The studio was big, quiet, had excellent appointments, laundry facilities, super clean, comfortable bed and was well maintained. The staff were exceptional as they went above board to assist me in recovering my briefcase that i left in a taxi and in arranging side excursions. The breafasts included were very good and food choice was good. We ate in the restaurant for other meals and the "shaking beef" was as good as the Slanted Door in San Francisco. I will stay hete again if traveling to Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you!

Great new modern luxury inside. Very clean. One of the best features of the hotel is the washer & dryer in your room (Premium & Executive Suites, I don't know if about the lower category rooms). Great staff.
