The apartment is located in a very convenient location, with good restaurants nearby. We especially liked the restaurant "Propaganda" and a food court just a minute's walk away. There are also several shopping centers nearby.

The host gave super clear info, so it was really easy to find the place and check in on our own. The room was so pretty, had everything we needed, and it was super quiet! A lovely place owned by a lovely person. I had a wonderful stay at Phuong's place. The house is beautiful and cozy, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is very convenient—away from all the noise, yet within walking distance of all the attractions. Communication with the host was smooth, with clear and helpful instructions.

We just had our second amazing stay here and we'll absolutely be back! The bedroom is super cosy, nestled in a quiet alley just steps from the city center buzz. Phuong are incredible, they genuinely go above and beyond! Think spot-on late-night food finds, sorting out a motorbike rental, and checking in to ensure everything was perfect. This is our go-to spot in Ho Chi Minh City, every single time.

Staying at Phuong's place was a great experience. I was traveling alone so security was my top priority and Ph uong's place met my expectation. Peaceful, quiet, and close to District 1. The room was clean and had all the listed amenities. PHUONG was also really responsive and helpful. One additional thing was that right at the entrance of the alley, there is a pharmacy if you ever feel sick. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants both quiet sleep and the lively bustling vibe of Saigon!!

Despite being located in the hectic district 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, this location is tucked away in an alleyway that is quiet & peaceful. That makes it a very good space as it is close to everything, but yet offering plenty of privacy. The space itself is cute with the plants, etc. The host is fantastic, very responsive & offering information, support to help making my stay even more welcome. The experience makes me feel like home. I actually booked this same place for my last two weeks in HCM on my trip & can't wait.

Only positive things to say about this wonderful place. Every detail is considered and the hosting is as good as it can be. There are several small details like complimentary snacks, small notes so you know how to use things, superb cleaning and an overall feeling of warmth. this is a very good and convenient apartment, we did run into some issues at the beginning and they all got fixed very fast, may is very very friendly kind and helpful, the location is great as well, very close to district one, Saigon centre shopping mall, Saigon opera house and many attractions in Ho Chi Minh City we would come and visit again. Really enjoyed my stay here! The place was spotless. Has all the amenities you need, washing machine, kitchenware, spare towels, strong A/C, etc. I also visited the pool and the gym which were really nice. Short grab ride to place so very convenient. phuong was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely stay again!
