While I was waiting for the airport pick up was informed by the driver my booking was cancelled by the hotel as they took the booking at an incorrect pricing and therefore cancelled it. I was travelling with my family and it was something which I never expected. Terrible customer service and horrible experience.

The onsite staff went out of their way to help us move our 10 pieces of luggages and booked taxi for us, at 5 am and 11am. The place was very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient. Communication was top notch. There are convenient stores on the ground level. We would stay here again.
