The Room looked pleasant, staff were polite. Bedding was changed when asked. For expats I suggest hotels more in Ho Chi Min city District.

That is a like new hotel , but that property the gate was locked at night you can't come out or see outside and reception location closed at night too , very hard to call them. That is my problem when I need check out go to airport early 2:45am
