The hotel and rooms are incredibly clean an decorated. Our stay was wonderful thanks to the staff. Everyone is very friendly and our rooms were cleaned each day. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of different options. The river view rooms are quite lovely and the location of the hotel is perfect. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment I arrived. Love this hotel and staff. I always enjoy getting the club level rooms for the evening drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Great location to river boat pickup, upscale grocery, DHL, not too far from Ben Thanh market and several taylors. Roof top pool and spa but not as thrilled about this spa. I had extreme cramping in my legs and they were weird about it. Next hotel had no issues with me.
