I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment I arrived. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. I truly felt welcomed and well cared for, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The junior suit that we had has around-the-corner balcony. The view is great! My daughter loves the grilled pomfret at the dinner so much. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The only area for improvement is that the staff seem not well trained and sometimes made mistakes maybe because the hotel is newly opened.

The hotel and rooms are incredibly clean an decorated. Our stay was wonderful thanks to the staff. Everyone is very friendly and our rooms were cleaned each day. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of different options. The river view rooms are quite lovely and the location of the hotel is perfect. It is within walking distance to almost all major sightseeing places. Great price for location and service.
