Midnight Check-in.

Arrived late at night, just before midnight. Bell hop help with our luggage. Being the last person checking in for the day, the front desk greeted me by my name. Very polite and polished English. Told us very jetlagged travelers, everything we needed to know about our stay. Room takes a few minutes to cool down, eco-friendly not to keep unoccupied rooms cool. Am looking forward to the breakfast buffet, and gym/pool.

Great location, easy walking distance to district 1. Staff and hotel was fantastic, happy to assist with late checkout and all other items I needed. Only downside was perhaps the hard bed, was unexpected in such a nice room setup. Would 100% return here, was a fantastic stay!

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was a highlight! Enjoyed that alot! Property was ok. Pictures are deceiving when you book the room. It is much much smaller and they take perfect lighting and angles to make the rooms look perfect. Gym was typically small. Rooftop was small and not well kept. Just looks dirty and water was muggy. Internet was ok. This area is not very family friendly. The nearby streets are for grown men partying. Not a clean area. It's pretty close to everywhere tourisy. Was kinda of upset when checking out. I think my wife opened a small bottle of water thinking it was provided by the hotel. They were kind of petty to make us pay like a US dollar for that bottle of plain water. Could've let that slide, especially us staying for like 4 nights. Left a bad taste. 3 stars at best.. Being the hotel was just ok,

Almost everything are good, just my room the shower room a little smell and you could see the stain from overtime used. I booked two family room but each floor they one have one family room it make a little inconvenience goes up and down and only one key card for a room.

What stands out to me the most was the service from the hotel staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel location was convenient to most tourist things via walking and driving. The included breakfast buffet had a nice selection of western and Vietnamese dishes

The hotel is lovely to walk into, the staff are so helpful, food delicious and the pool is fun (if very small). However the room feels dated, it has not been designed with what travellers need - places to hang things, places to dry wet swimsuits, the bathroom has no room to put toiletries for more than 1 person. It was jist annoying. The shower was so powerful when I switched it on, because of the angel it had been left at, the entire bathroom got soaked, including towels and clothes. It was so so annoying.

Very comfortable stay in friendly hotel

A very decent experience! Staff were very friendly special mention to Tien (sorry if I spelt wrong) on the door and Henry, Vi and Ha at the breakfast buffet. The staff all seemed keen to make sure my stay was excellent and asked after for my opinions. Breakfast buffet was top quality, different pho every day along with rice, noodles near fish, vegetarian options, fruit and pastries. Room was large, very clean and equipped with a working safe. The immediate area rather unexpectedly had a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants, with well known chains if you're into that, I tired several of them, all authentic. I was recommended this hotel and without hesitation would recommend it myself.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Close to the central area, everything within walking distance. Only negative is the breakfast runs out of food very quickly, and the pool is a little run down. But great for a city centre stay
