The place is near the city center, convenient for reaching nearby spots, and in a quiet area. The hosts have good taste; the house is decorated warmly and cozily. The rooms are tidy and clean, and especially very fragrant. The hosts are thoughtful and even provide a separate umbrella for each room. Thanks to the hosts' recommendations, we were able to visit several places, and we loved every spot 😂

Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of D1 but only a short distance away from D1. Apartment was clean and tidy and suitable for most occasions when visiting Vietnam. The place was as described. The location was good for me. I could jog on the long alley outside the homestay. Catching public airport bus was also very easy. Food stalls were also easy to get, only that you would need to walk more, which was ok for me. Overall, it was a nice homey stay.

We just had our second amazing stay here and we'll absolutely be back! The bedroom is super cosy, nestled in a quiet alley just steps from the city center buzz. Phuong are incredible, he genuinely go above and beyond! Think spot-on late-night food finds, sorting out a motorbike rental, and checking in to ensure everything was perfect. This is our go-to spot in Ho Chi Minh City, every single time.

PHUONG’s place is fantastic, really clean, spacious and comfortable place with everything you need. I’ve stayed in alot of places across HCMC and this is one of the best. About 10mins from the airport too. Hosts are very helpful and leant me a helmet too

Firstly, the check in was very easy. I loved the PDF process which they provided one day before. It made things easy for us. The neighbourhood is amazing. Loved the building. I love how all 8 towers are connected with walkable pathway. Everything is available. So many marts. Apartment looked the same as we have seen in pictures. Also the view from the apartment is amazing. It was cleaned. I liked the theme of the apartment. Tiny apartment but spaces are well defined. Ceiling in the living room is beautiful. Overall, this stay made us feel like we were home.

The location is perfect, just 2 mins walk to Phan Xich Long street - full of restaurants and cafes. It's also convenient to get to D1. Check in was super easy and flexible.
