This room was a lovely surprise! It was clean and cozy with a soft bed and a warm nightlight that made it so relaxing. I really appreciated the little desk for getting some work done—super handy. The bathroom’s a bit compact and still had all the stuff I needed. It’ll be even more convenient to get to the room if you pack light

Everything about my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is beautiful and well positioned. However, the most impressive thing was the communication and support from the host. I’ve never had a host that has gone above and beyond to this extent. If you’re looking for a stay in HCMC, don’t look any further!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut gelegen und super ausgestattet. Sah alles genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und es ist alles unkompliziert und total schön. Phuong als Gastgeber war hervorragend, es gab eine super Anleitung zum ein checken und aus checken, tolle und viele Tipps zur Umgebung und immer schnell Antwort. Phuong war sehr zuvorkommend was die check in und Check out Zeit Betraff und kam uns mehr als freundlich mit allem entgegen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen, super Unterkunft und super Gastgeber!

Minha estadia foi ótima! A casa é muito organizada e limpa e o quarto é muito confortável. Uma obra de manutenção estava acontecendo justo de frente para a minha janela causando muito ruído. Isso foi o único ponto negativo, mas totalmente fora do controle da host. Mesmo assim ela decidiu me devolver 30% do valor de cada noite por causa do transtorno. Recomendo fortemente esta estadia. Obrigada pela gentileza!

The apartment has a beautiful interior, that makes you feel right at home and very comfortable! The location is also great, basically everything is walkable. The best is the host: they were always extremely friendly and helpful! They also recommended multiple activities all around Saigon

Very cute room. The projectors was also a nice touch. A large space to be comfortable and a good location to explore Ho Chi Minh. The bed was a very good size. The host and her manager were very sweet.

The place is exactly as advertised — you get what you pay for. It’s priced fairly, clean, and conveniently located close to the airport with plenty of restaurants nearby. The check-in process was smooth and very well explained by the host. We stayed for two days and, as digital nomads, found the internet to be good and reliable. We worked, took meetings, and had no issues at all. If you’re looking for a simple, clean spot to crash for a transit stay near the airport — or even to work remotely for a couple of days — this is a solid choice.

This is a FAKE listing. After trying to contact them on Expedia with no luck, I then messaged them on the WhatsApp link. I was asked to send them a photo of myself so their driver could pick me up at the airport. Their driver then drove me to the other side of Ho Chi Minh and told me to get out, that this was my apartment and to talk to the desk. He then quickly left. On my way to the security desk a young guy comes up to me with a photo of me (which I had sent to the driver), he then tells me to go and look at a room. This building that I’ve been sent to is an ordinary apartment block. The room I was shown was not boutique, the apartment did not have a pool as listed. It was an old apartment painted bright green and was run down. I told him this isn’t what I booked and he told me to cancel. If I did this, I would have lost all of my money for canceling on the day. By this point it was midnight and the person the WhatsApp end did not seem to be the owner and had no sympathy that they had scammed me.

The apartment is cozy and clean, the balcony has a great view. The area is close enough to the center and there are malls nearby. You can easily use Grab or Xanh to move around.
