A bit hesitant because it's a new place, but as soon as I stepped in, it was a 'wow'! Super chill vibe, just like a movie theater, fragrant room, comfy bed, and the host is really helpful—perfect spot for couples 👍

Their place is always beautiful. I love their great sense of interior design, unique & impressive, but also very comfy & warm feelings to stay in. Easy to access, from the street, to the main gate & private room. They usually offer good promotion, so I like to book their places as my mini weekend getaway in town (I'm a Saigon girl). 5 stars!

The homestay owner is very kind, friendly, and willing to help with many things. This place is quite close to the city center, making it convenient to get around. It's near the greenhouse gardens, and in the evening the area lights up beautifully.

This place was cute and well decorated. The view was great and there is security and a receptionist downstairs so the area feels safe and reliable. There’s also convenience stores and laundromats nearby.

Cozy and quiet little apartment located a bit outside the center of Ho Chi Minh City. By foot you are in 15mins right in the centre with many restaurants and shops. It has a kitchen with all the essential things you need and you can do laundry in the washing machines of the building.

Beware of this property. It is not an apartment in the landmark 81 tower and it sure DOES NOT look like the photos provided. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 families. We arrived late to Vietnam and were extremely tired. We were dropped off by our transfer outside of the impressive Landmark 81 tower. A representative of the booking barely greeted us. He took us across the road to a completely separate building and tried to check us into a small and terrible looking apartment. We argued and argued. He then showed us another apartment in another building. It was slightly better but still not like the photos on Expedia. There were bugs around the kitchen and other areas, and it smelt like cigarettes. We were so tired that we agreed to stay at this location. The alternative was no accomodation for that night. The children were extremely upset. This property on Expedia is false advertising and NOT in the Landmark 81 tower. The photos were definitely not what was advertised. Terrible customer service by the “representative” who clearly mislead travellers. This was a terrible stay and start to our Vietnam holiday. Fortunately, the rest of our holiday was amazing.

The property did not look anything like the photos posted. The pictures appear to be from the actual Landmark hotel, not this apartment. They have a washing machine but provide no laundry detergent. Toilet paper, not enough for the duration of stay and no paper towels or rag to dry hands with.
