Very responsive host, always responded immediately. I was able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. They also helped me bring the luggage to the room. The room is very clean. You can ask them to clean the room when you need to. Amazing thing was also that they did the laundry - washed and dried the same day. Everything was great. Location was also perfect, super walkable and so many nice coffee shops and restaurants around. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay

We were traveling across Vietnam for 2 months and this is the best accommodation we’ve been to! Chi is super flexible an responsive, simply a great host! The apartment was modern and clean, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed 1 nights but if we come back to Saigon, we would definitely choose this one again!

The location is very convenient and walkable to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centers as well as other touristy places. We were able to check in early than expected and that was a huge plus. We also really appreciate that washing and drying machines are on site so we can have our laundry done when needed. A clean, comfortable bedroom with private bathroom in a lovely house with gorgeous decorations, two kitchens, free water and laundry, and more. Quiet and safe. My partner and I had the best time at Phuong’s apartment, the building offered a lot features to choose between and all the common areas were super clean with security guards on duty 24/07 I never felt so safe! The surrounding area is full of food trucks, mini markets, cafes and in 10 mins walking distance you can find a well furnished grocery shop

I had booked this last minute because I didn't have confidence in the hotel I had booked. The apartment is perfect and modern. Enough space for me and my wife. I couldn't be happier. the location was great. 10 min grab ride to the main area. A grocery shop on the ground floor and very clean. The host was super helpful with advice and suggestions for tourists. Very responsive so I didn't wait longer than a few minutes for a reply

A lovely place owned by a lovely person. I had a wonderful stay at PHUONG's place. The house is beautiful and cozy, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The apartment looks like the picture. The bedsheet smells good. The room has both a projector and a TV, with netflix and other apps. Big windows, the room is bright during the day and very cozy during the night. The location is also great.

The room is nice and clean with all facilities I need. At first, I was worried about privacy with the glass door but it was all good with curtains. During the day the glass door helps receive more sunlight to the room as well. Thank to the responsive hosts, they gave me many clear instructions.
