DO NOT BOOK HERE. ILLEGAL BOOKINGS. Where to start. It’s absolutely not a hotel. Firstly, it’s illegal. There’s signs everywhere. It’s crazy that hotels.com advertise them. You don’t even get access to the pool, despite them using it in their pictures. They don’t offer any help with check in, it’s really backward. The key was difficult to locate and just in an unlocked postbox. The room was a mess with sticky stuff all over the floor. And to top it off there’s no working air con, roadworks outside, and no sound proofing. Avoid at all costs. No luggage storage either. Whoever manned the WhatsApp kept deleting messages too. They said I can’t use the pool and when I complained to hotel.com they delete their message. Avoid at all costs!
