Lumiere Riverside located at the Center of Thao Dien, An Phu area, surrounding by a great location, the place that almost the expatriates living here.
This is a new condominium complex with two building.
Have just handed over in the January of 2024.
This is a 5 star complex with an infinity swimming pool, a ground floor pool, tennis court, gym and equipments. All the apartment are having big balcony and great view.
Apartment size are from 55m2 for 1 bedroom; 80m2 for 2 bedroom and 105m2 for 3 bedroom apartment. There are some units that we combined from 2 units of 2+2 or 2+3 bedrroom.
