Great place! Everything was clean, and I certainly had an enjoyable stay during my trip in HCM. The location is slightly far from the city centre, however, you’re exchanging the convenient location for a gorgeous apartment with private pool. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der perfekten Unterkunft. Etwas weiter vom Zentrum, aber mit Grab gar kein Problem. Wir durften sogar noch eine Nacht dazu buchen und wären auch gerne noch länger geblieben, wenn wir noch mehr Zeit gehabt hätten. Der Ausblick ist wirklich wundervoll und der Pool super!

the location is very close to the centre of sigon but far enough away from all the hassle and bussle. very short walking distance to center. the apartment was very beautiful and quiet. loved our stay. host was very responsive and helpful

I stayed at Phuong place for two night and it was just perfect. Her home is close from many point of interest, the communication was easy and she also, let me do a early check in, it was really appreciate. Would recommand this place.

The location central. A short walk to some of the top attractions. Beds were quite comfy for a good night sleep. Living area gets good sunlight. There is a 7/11 around the corner and an amazing cafe across the road. Awesome host!!

Room is cleaned, new and well equipped. But should have provided cooking utensils like pot, pan since there is an electric stove. There was lots of mosquitoes, probably because the host opened the window prior to our checkin. Suggestions: * Need electric fan which is useful when we turn off aircon and open windows for some fresh air.
